We are committed to happy customers. If you are not satisfied with your Outdoor Audio product purchased directly from us, just ship it back within 30 days and we will refund your money less our actual cost of shipping the product to you.

Your refund will be processed within a few days of our receiving the return. Please include a note indicating why you are returning the item.

Products can not be damaged, modified in any way or missing parts, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the items. If your DeckTunes unit is missing anything, or you lose something, or something is wrong when you receive it, just give us a call and we will promptly address the issue at no cost to you.

In addition to our Satisfaction Guarantee, DeckTunes also carries a 1-Year Warranty against defects in parts or workmanship.

For items purchased from a dealer or distributor, please contact them and we will work through them to resolve support issues. Any duties, freight, taxes, customs fees and installation costs are not included in the money back guarantee. Items purchased through a domestic dealer or international distributor can not be returned directly to Outdoor Audio.
